Formation of business processes in oil and fat subcomplex as a food providing factor of the region

A mechanism of business processes formation in the fat and oil subcomplex as one of the strategic incentives to provide agricultural raw materials and agroproduction is presented in the article. An interpretation of business processes as a prism of the components to meet mutually beneficial interests by bringing the products of processing of the market grain of oily crops to the ultimate consumer through the interaction of several separate economic units in order to ensure timely supply of raw materials and food is given in the article. The study of the business processes in the development of fat and oil subcomplex is primarily related to the study of the current state, features and trends in the development of the oilseed industry, an objective assessment of the effectiveness of agricultural production under the influence of various factors. It is noted that functioning of the market system is not possible without providing society with necessary available and quality products that gives simultaneous benefit to all the participants of the business processes. In this regard, the most important point is an effectiveness of the sold products or services. Despite the presented significance of each process as a strategically important independent unit, agribusiness entities should realize that the key point in the market economy is a production process due to the fact that any product sold must first be produced, an importance of the product, its quantity and quality, technological and organizational aspects must be explained. The most significant features and problems influencing the formation of business processes in the fat and oil subcomplex are revealed;. the sequence of interaction of agribusiness subjects based on the features above and focused on providing the population with industrial and food agricultural raw materials is presented in the article.
