Developing the values of professional communication between cadets by means of teaching small groups

The article attempts to present the integrative nature of the communicational sub-structure included in various other structures of professional activities of law enforcement officers. The novelty consists in the value structure of professional communication of law enforcement officers developed by the author, and the means of their development in the cadets of the educational institutions of the MIA of RF. The author demonstrates the practical application of small groups in developing the values of professional communication.
