Formation of master’s students' value orientations for future managerial activities

The article analyzes the problem offorming value orientations of master's students in modern conditions of the functioning of society. The theoretical foundations and qualitative characteristics of a person's value orientations, which determine a person's orientation, worldview and social behavior, are considered. To determine specific areas of activity for the formation of value orientations of master's students, a survey was conducted among students studying in the master's program at the St. Petersburg State University ofEconomics. The results of an empirical study are presented, and priority directions for the formation of value orientations of master's students for future management activities are formulated.
