Formation of students' Digital competencies in the implementation of higher education programs

The organizational and methodological aspects of the formation of digital competencies in the implementation of higher education programs are considered. The possibilities of various models of digital competencies are analyzed, common approaches to determining their structure are identified. Proposals have been developed to create a model for the formation and assessment of digital competencies of students in the implementation of higher education programs.
