Formation of the diversification strategy of the enterprise of the military-industrial complex

The article develops the existing scientific directions in the subject area under study. Based on the results of the study of the process of military production diversification, an applied economic and mathematical tool for optimizing the most important indicators that characterize this process at the enterprises of the military-industrial complex has been developed. The previously applied criteria and indicators used in solving the management tasks under consideration have been improved. The developed algorithms are consistent with each other, are adequate to the studied process and objectively reflect its regularities. Together, they form a tool for forming a diversification strategy for the defense industry enterprise.
