Formation of income of employees of the organization

This article discusses the concept of "salary". The authors consider the main types and forms of wages, the theoretical foundations of the formation of income of employees of the organization. The analysis of the organization's activities is carried out on the example of LLC "Continent-Servisles-NN" and the results of the formation of the income of the organization's employees are revealed. At the end of the article, the main directions of improving the system of income formation, ways to increase wages, contributing to the improvement of well-being are considered.
