Formation of state-private partnership at a regional level through leasing operations

Application of state-private partnership in the Russian Federation as the tool, allowing to consider interests of all participants of economy is considered: societies, business-structures and the states. It is offered to carry out stateprivate partnership through leasing, as the most comprehensible form of economic attitudes.
