Formation of readiness for professional mobility in future lawyers

The problem and the goal. The article is devoted to the problem of the formation of professional mobility readiness in future lawyers. The importance of communicative and professional competence, participation in international programs for the future specialists in the formation of professional mobility of students is shown. The purpose of the article is to analyze the formation of professional mobility in future lawyers. The research methodology consists in the analysis and generalization of research works by foreign and domestic scientists recognized by scientific community. Results. On the basis of activity, competence and contextual approaches, the main competencies that contribute to the formation of professional mobility are formulated. It was important to determine its components of the process of developing professional competence in future lawyers, such as: a set of knowledge, skills and attitudes; criteria (cognitive, operational, personal); indicators and levels (high, sufficient, critical). This research task was carried out during the study. Conclusion The author’s concept of professional mobility formation in future lawyers suggested in the article can be implemented in the variable part of training. The results of the work can be used as recommendations for preparing graduates to effectively adapt to the conditions of the labor market, or when choosing a profile of a master’s program based on the core and related professional competencies formed in the process of mastering.
