The formation of the civil law culture of youth as a factor in countering the information war against Russia

Introduction. The paper analyzes the relationship between the level of civil law culture of certain categories of the population, in particular, youth, and the effectiveness of information warfare measures, whose operations are carried out against Russia in order to achieve specific socio-political goals. One of the key areas of information and psychological operations carried out against the citizens of the Russian Federation is the implementation of technologies in this country, the so-called “color revolutions,” which can be countered only when a high level of awareness and civil culture among citizens is achieved. In this regard, the purpose is to consider the principles of the formation of civil law culture in the context of the implementation of state policy to prevent the impact of information and psychological operations on the population of the Russian Federation, in particular, youth.
