Developing of the students ‘civil engagement in the socially educational work at the college as a part of the university

The article defines the problem of the pedagogical situations for forming civil activity of students. It considers the college’s experience of the socially educational work with students. The pedagogical conditions for the effective work of student government and tutors are distinguished. Socially educational work features in the system of continuous education -“college-university” are marked in the article.
