Today, highly qualified employees with an excellent СV and good practical experience choose which organization to send their CV to, so the problem of forming an HR brand is one of the most important conditions for the success of the enterprise. The article defines the term "HR-brand", considers the mechanisms and algorithm of its formation in the enterprise, and provides formulas for calculating the economic effect of implementing measures to optimize it.
