Formation and use of labor against deterioration of health of the population

Stages of reproduction of labor in coordination with a population state of health are considered. Tendencies in the field of a state of health of the population of the Russian Federation for the 30-year-old period, including on diseases by a tuberculosis, a narcotism and alcoholism, HIV-infections are analysed. The losses of working hours connected with time invalidity are estimated.
