The work is devoted to the study of the phenomenon of customer loyalty in the modern economy, characterized by the transition from traditional commercial approaches to the formation of complex solutions in the form of ecosystems. The study reveals the essence and meaning of loyalty, its components and measurement methods, and also considers the features of loyalty formation in the banking sector, emphasizing the role of emotional attachment and customer trust in the brand.
