The variety and breadth of the assortment affects the position of the company in the market, as well as its profit. The use of which is completely satisfactory for enterprises is a good indicator for enterprises. The article considers the definition of the concept of "assortment", shows the indicators of the assortment and the method for assessing its effectiveness - Matrix of the Boston Consulting Group. The study of the assortment at the enterprise was carried out on the example of JSC "SadyPridonya". An analysis of the assortment of this enterprise was made.
