Developed organizational culture is an outcome of interaction between desires and predilections of the organization founders and employees’ basic values, which they have developed as a part of the previous experience. Based on the personal experience, the view about the role and place of the organization in the world, the nature of human relationships, and management practices, the founders of the company develop the basic principles of its corporate culture and pass them on to the associates of the organization through a series of primary and secondary mechanisms. The main activities helping to build a strong corporate culture are: 1. Development of a system of values, goals and specific objectives focused on the goals achievement for all the team members of the corporation. 2. Development of the system for search, service and keeping of customers. 3. Development of a program of interaction with the local community, society, city, state. 4. Adjustment of organizational and economic recording in accordance with the introduced guidelines. 5. Information support, training and management of adopted measures. To meet the challenge of maintaining the developed corporate culture it is necessary to consider three factors: staff selection, activities of senior management, and techniques that help employees to adapt to the environment of the company (socialization).
