Formation and problems of implementation of quality management system in the enterprise

Currently, quality system certification has been widely developed in Russia. With each passing day, more and more companies choose quality system certification, as an effective method of improving the competitiveness of their organizations. This article describes the stages in the formation and implementation of the quality system in the companies, as well as associated problems are discussed.
