Formation and development of the state system of electronic services in the Kyrgyz Republic

The article discusses the formation and development of the state system of electronic services in the Kyrgyz Republic. The state system of electronic services is considered as the most important direction of reforming public administration in order to increase its efficiency, as a way of transforming relations between the state, business structures, the population and civil society structures. Efficiency is assessed by quantitative and qualitative parameters of providing public services to the population and business structures, the level of competence of civil servants, saving time, labor and financial costs of business entities and citizens, streamlining business processes and reducing corruption.
