Formation and development of innovative socio-cultural practices in modern Russian society

The article focuses on heterogeneous processes of formation and development of innovative sociocultural practices. The research methodology is based on the advanced approaches of Russian cultural studies in the field of theoretical and methodological support of cultural policy and national security. It has been established that the processes of formation and development of innovative practices are not identical. Their moving border lies between unreflected experience and the methodically calculated effect of rational socio-cultural activity.
