Formation and development of clusters in the regions of the Republic of Belarus

The article is devoted to the current topic, namely the consideration of the formation and development of clusters. The most important factor in the sustainable development of national economies is the formation of mechanisms to reduce production costs and increase its efficiency. The basis of such mechanisms is the interaction and cooperation of small and medium-sized enterprises with large entities, and the leading trend of the modern economy has been the development of outsourcing, subcontracting, franchising and the creation of clusters.
