The article is devoted to the problems and prospects of formation and development of new forms of organization and management of economic entities (by the example of private-public partnership). The authors ground the necessity to introduce the private-public partnership as a modern organizational mechanism of economic entities business which enables to efficiently solve the system problems of regional economics. Different forms of private-public partnership are considered, mechanism of their regulation at regional level is offered.
