Formation and development of legal policy for the Kyrgyz Republic in the sphere of external migration

The article provides an overview of the key stages in the formation and development of the legal policy of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of external migration, generalizes new materials on the subject under discussion paying special attention to the acuteness of migration problems and urgent need for creation of a reliable system of state and legal regulation of migration processes. Based on the analysis of the demographic situation and statistical data, conclusions were made on the need to forecast and revise the employment policy and labor migration, further development of the organizational and legal regulation of external migration in the Kyrgyz Republic.
