The formation and development of self-realization of students in the process of training

The article describes the readiness of students to master the skills of independent work, considered the stages of formation of creative independence of students, the motivation to work, its functions and criteria, the development of self-development of students' self-realization in the learning process, presented the advantages and disadvantages of using information and communication technologies in the process of learning, shown the value of creative self-development of the teacher’s personality.
