Designing and development of corporate management system

The aim of the article is the synthesis of corporate management changes through its historical process of formation and development in the world. The methodology. The applied methods are a monographic method, abstract-and-logical method, method of scientific induction. Results. The chronological experience of corporate management's formation is generalized considering its genesis in the main national characteristics of England, Holland, France, Germany, and the United States until the middle of the 20th century. It specifies modern trends in corporate governance. The current level of corporate governance is a determinant of the effectiveness of management of the modern corporation, its access to capital. Application area. The educational process for students training to obtain manager-and-economist qualification, the basis for further research of young scientists. Conclusions. Improving corporate governance contributes to more active attraction of financial resources, and therefore - to growth of trust to corporate subjects at the international level. Due to the effective implementation of corporate management, the corporation has the ability to achieve a higher level of competitiveness by gaining competitive advantage through the implementation of the corporate strategy as the competitiveness of the whole and the individual functional strategies competitiveness.
