Formation of the image of the city taking into account the regional development concept

The article analyzes the concept of forming the image of the city on the basis of traditional advantages in history, folklore, and modern culture. Based on the analysis of practical material by means of generalization, conclusions are drawn about the prospects for the development of cities in the analyzed region.
