Formation of image of local self-government bodies

The article observes the principles of forming the image of municipalities. The conclusions and statements are based on studies conducted by the authors, and a re-analysis of empirical studies on the functioning and improvement of municipalities. Attention is focused on the specifics of the formation of the image of local self-government bodies.
