The relevance of this study is due to the fact that the dynamic development of tourism has led to the emergence of the issue of the problems of forming the image of the tourist enterprise. The article describes the main components of the process of forming the attractiveness of tourist enterprises, which lead to the increase of efficiency of activity of enterprises, primarily to meet the needs of the participants of the tourist market.
