Creating of current pulses in nonequilibrium low-temperature argon plasma at atmospheric pressure in the tip plane system

Бесплатный доступ

The calculation of the dynamics of non-stationary processes in non-equilibrium argon plasma at atmospheric pressure initiated in the tip-plane system is carried out. Continuous current pulses due to the formation of a positive space charge near the cathode, which recombination leads to the disappearance of the secondary electrons are identified. Current pulses that are consistent with experiment, appear with the formation of Ar 2+ molecular ions.
