Currently, the civil service is undergoing a process of reform. The existing personnel policy, wage methodology, organizational culture and many labor processes need to be improved. One of the priority areas of professional development within the framework of the reform is the development of the personal effectiveness of a civil servant. A professionally oriented information and learning environment, taking into account the needs for adaptation and continuous professional development of civil servants, is a set of conditions where, in the process of controlled interaction, the goals of state authorities in the field of professional adaptation and professional development of personnel are implemented, as well as self-realization of subjects of professional activity - government civil servants. It is expedient to form such an environment using the concept of ecosystems. The article proposes the creation of an interdepartmental coordinating center authorized to carry out adaptation and training activities, as well as a single information space that combines methodological materials and educational proposals from the federal and regional levels of the civil service.
