Formation of the infrastructure of strategic development of the region

The article describes the approaches to the development of the region based on the analysis of the functional (social, economic, environmental and other) subsystems, as well as from the perspective of industry sectors highlight economic sectors of material production and infrastructure subsystems. The definition of strategic infrastructure development of the region as a set of actors and elements of socio-economic system to ensure conditions of development of economic space, intensification and diversification of social, economic and environmental development. It is shown that the strategic development of infrastructure offers businesses and public economic (information and communications, engineering, market), social (education, health, services, culture and sports, social security) and dislocation (ratio on parcels of land distributed by the Fund of mineral resources and forests, industrial areas and housing complexes). The necessity of a new approach to the development of infrastructure of strategic development based on a strategic partnership between the state and business.
