Formation of the innovative potential of employees as part of the implementation of the financial strategy of the organization

This article highlights the main factors influencing the formation of the innovative potential of employees as part of the implementation of the financial strategy of the organization. The authors attributed to such factors: providing conditions for self-realization and creative activity, encouraging initiative (material and moral), ensuring systematic professional development of employees, ensuring comfortable working conditions, ensuring a decent wage level, creating a favorable psychological climate in the team, technical support with modern labor tools, additional support (material and moral) for young employees, providing a free/flexible work schedule, including remote, stimulating the organization of teamwork in a team. By using the software package for statistical data analysis “Statistica”, the factors with the lowest variance were determined and a correlation matrix of factors forming the innovative potential of employees was compiled. Further, the authors applied the Kettell “rocky scree” criterion, as a result of which six main factors were identified that have the maximum impact on the formation of the innovative potential of employees. Based on the results obtained, the authors came to the conclusion that the management of companies can form a number of activities that, in turn, will influence the formation of the innovative potential of employees. The order of events will be determined at the discretion of the management of the organization. The financial strategy in terms of human resources management should be implemented taking into account the allocation of funds for professional development, material and non-material incentives, which will create the necessary human resources and ensure the interest of employees in high efficiency and quality of work.
