The model of formation of innovative strategy of an industrial enterprise is considered in the work. The main stages of this model are characterized. The example of an industrial enterprise shows the application of the innovation strategy model in the context of the strategy of "fixing the market segment." The choice of the strategy of horizontal diversification is substantiated, for creation of own oxygen shop.
