The present study is focused on the subprocess of professional qualification management in order to identify existing and new subprocess in the personnel management of the organization. The process of professional qualification management is considered as a subprocess included in the list of sub-processes that form and support the existence of a system of management of the development of specialists. The content of the attributes of the subprocess of the qualification management of specialists, the normative state of the subprocess is determined. The proposals and their attributes are formulated for the development of the subprocess of the management of the qualification of specialists
