Language competence development by means of culture-forming component in foreign linguistic education

One of the main tasks of modern English teaching methodology at primary school is the formation of linguistic competence, national upbringing by means of English which includes using ethnic and cultural components in educational process. The modern foreign linguistic education realizes upbringing, cognitive, educational and evolutive aspects. The content of foreign linguistic education is characterized by cross-disciplinary introduction to social and cultural portrait of the modern Europe, its historical heritage, multilinguism, hospitability to other cultures.
