Enterprise efficient cost chain forming

The article concerns issues of efficient supply chain forming and management. The authors gave conceptual apparatus, revealed organizational and economic essence of costs and loss in logistics and SCM concept, described an original method of cost optimization in «Supply» and «Sales» functionals of industry enterprise as a focus company.
