Formation of effective infrastructure of innovative activity in the conditions of global economy

The structure of national innovative infrastructure, the principles of its functioning and extent of integration into the global infrastructure networks depending on base characteristics of national innovative system are investigated. It is proved that in the conditions of administrative-command system the decision on development and introduction of innovations in production no less than about their financing is under the authority of administrative bodies and not always is connected with parameters of market efficiency, but within this system the achievement of high level of mobilization and concentration of resources for the solution of key problems of scientific and technical development of the state is possible.
