Formation of an effective motivation system in the organization

To date, this topic is relevant, since the performance and development indicators of any organization depend on the effectiveness of the personnel motivation system. In this article, the material and non-material ways of motivating personnel in the organization were considered and statistical data on the effectiveness of their application were provided. Based on the conducted research, recommendations were proposed for the creation of the most modern and optimal system of personnel motivation in the organization.
