The author of the article pays his attention to the fact that the culture of the ecology oriented individual must be addressed both to the macrocosmic - the relationship between the State, society and nature - and the microcosm - the relationship between the mind and the body of an individual. At the same time, microcosm occupies a significant role in the structure of the ecological culture of the individual. The harmony of society and nature should include the harmony of a person with his own «nature», so this should be the focus of state regulation of ecological relations in society.
