Schoolchildren’ ecological culture formation in modern conditions

The article underlines and characterizes the factors that influence the schoolchildren’s ecological culture in the conditions of modern society: educational, cultural leisure institutions, family, mass media, the Internet. The potential of socio-cultural activity, socio-cultural projecting in raising the group’s ecological culture, necessity for the competent effective work of the institutions of socialization in solving the tasks of ecological education are emphasized. It is pointed out that the age considered in the article is the most favorable period of ecological education of a personality as intensive formation of the valuable orientations, attitude towards the surrounding world takes place.
