The article discusses the relevance of the formation of school students, environmental culture at the present stage of the development of society. As part of the solution to this problem the author suggests a model of the formation of environmental culture of school students in the process of learning Geography, which was implemented on the basis of a secondary school № 88 in Krasnoyarsk. The article presents the results determined for the initial level of formation of school students, environmental culture before and after the experiment to implement the model proposed by the author.
