Formation of expert thinking as the main task of professional training of forensic experts

The article is devoted to the study of the problem of the mental activity of a forensic expert in the context of the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies into expert practice. The author has studied various points of view of scientists regarding the place and status of intelligent technologies in forensic expertise, which allowed him to make a judgment about the need to update the system of professional training of specialists from the standpoint of the formation of a special competence - expert thinking. The article analyzes the current state of the process of formation of systemic and critical thinking as one of the universal competencies of a forensic expert in the development of basic and additional educational programs. It is noted that today, clip-based, template-based thinking is typical for holders of special knowledge, which can lead to various expert errors. In order to overcome the existing problems, the author considers the possibilities of forming expert thinking through the introduction of interactive teaching methods into the educational process - discussions and trainings. These forms of teaching are aimed at gaining new knowledge through understanding the acquired experience, i.e. through professional reflection. The author concludes that in order to introduce artificial intelligence technologies into expert practice, it is necessary to improve natural intelligence, which is based on expert thinking.
