The article deals with the actual problem of forming the emotional well-being of preschool children with disabilities. The study was conducted on the basis of a particular preschool educational organization. It was dedicated to the search and testing of optimal pedagogical conditions providing the opportunities for training, educating and developing children with disabilities. Among these conditions the author highlights organizing Lekoteka and mastering ortobiotics technologies by the teaching staff.
