The entire system of the university aesthetic education should be aimed at the overall development of the student, not only in aesthetic terms, but also in spiritual, moral and intellectual, since the psychological image of the individual consists of aesthetic and artistic cultures. The pedagogical process that takes place in the conditions of a higher educational institution contains significant potential possibilities for combining all the factors and means of aesthetic education into a single system. Integrity, complexity and continuity achieved only at the university will have a positive effect, since it is the university that can allocate study time sufficient to “pass on to each today's student a legacy of the high spiritual culture of the native people and make it a mediator of the culture of all mankind”.
