Formation of the personnel reserve at the municipal level (on the example of the Voronezh region)

The article discusses the features of creating a personnel reserve for filling vacant posts of municipal service. The priority directions for the creation of the staff of the municipal service are considered, the methods of forming a professional personnel reserve are analyzed. The main directions of building an effective personnel policy in the municipality are identified.
