This article is devoted to the implementation of personnel policy for the educational institution of higher education. The process of formation of personnel policy, its specificity in the educational institution of higher education is considered. The article analyzes the features and problems of personnel policy implementation. The author proposed interpretation of the definition of "personnel policy of the institutions of higher education".
