Formation of cluster model for the development of dairy cattle in the Smolensk region

The article discusses the cluster model of the development of dairy cattle breeding in the Smolensk region in order to increase the economic efficiency of the activities of the agro-industrial complex. The article analyzes the integration of enterprises into a cluster of milk producers and their interrelations. In addition, the work focuses on the prospects for the development of dairy cattle breeding through the organization of a cluster of milk producers. The paper assesses the benefits that enterprises receive when joining a cluster.
