The formation of clusters in agricultural complex of Krasnoyarsk region

The study examined the current state of agrarian complex of Krasnoyarsk Region. The current structure of products produced by agricultural complex of the region was considered. It was proposed to create industrial clusters as a form of support for small and medium-sized businesses in agrarian complex of Krasnoyarsk Region. The possibilities of cluster formation in agrarian complex of the Krasnoyarsk Region were investigated. The factors of production of agrarian complex of the region were considered. The potential local demand for agricultural products in the region was studied. Supporting and related branches of agrarian complex in the region were studied. The study considered the activities of state authorities to support the development of agrarian complex of Krasnoyarsk Region. Based on this, it was concluded that at present all the main conditions for the formation of industrial clusters in agrarian complex of Krasnoyarsk Region had objectively developed on the territory of the region. It was concluded that industrial clusters in agrarian complex could be formed on the basis of public-private partnership. It was suggested that the enterprises included in industrial cluster should meet certain minimum level of technological development that allowed them to interact with each other. It was suggested that infrastructure institutions, including a specialized financial organization that would provide financing for operational activities of industrial clusters in agrarian complex of Krasnoyarsk Region.
