The article describes the main elements of the model developed by the university of physical education and sports preparing highly skilled athletes by creating an integrated system not only for sports training and delivery of public services, but also for continuing education. The model is considered as a complex open system, the purpose of which is to create opportunities for professional development as a student athlete, providing professional and career growth of teachers, coaches and staff.
