The formation of a comfortable urban environment as a form of interaction between government and the public

This article is an analysis of the interaction of power and the population through the introduction of the program "formation of a comfortable environment" in the cities of Russia. The author compares the effectiveness of the program with the experience of other countries, and also identifies the positive and negative aspects of this project.
