The article discusses resources of the person-oriented methodology (training) in the development of the communicative competence of students of economic specialties departments. The author defines circumstances for forming the communicative competence in a professional corporate environment of the university and distinguishes communicative competence components: motivational, cognitive, practical and evaluative.
