Formation of the competence model of the legal culture of the state civil servant

The article is devoted to the study of the phenomenon of legal culture as a complex integrated concept associated with the level of socio-economic and legal development of the state. The essence of the legal culture of civil servants in the evaluation and content aspects is considered. The main components and structural elements of this phenomenon are defined. The article presents a competency-based model of forming the legal culture of civil servants.
